Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50.

Delivery Responsibility
Orders are delivered using Royal Mail tracked services.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, peak periods, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at

We will investigate with Royal Mail and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to us due to refusal or incorrect address:
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
* Re-delivery charges may apply.
